Processing Time

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays (Canadian holidays) will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer real-time carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout through trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx. You’ll be able to choose from standard ground, expedited, and overnight options based on your location and urgency.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Locations

We ship across Canada and the United States. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes on U.S. shipments.

We may also ship to countries outside North America, depending on the country. Please contact us if not sure.

Order Issues & Damages

Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your order is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and parts if applicable.
